Gaurav Mehta is the Founder and CEO of Dharmalife, a social enterprise focused on improving lives in rural India through entrepreneurship. With a background in private equity and investment banking at General Atlantic and Morgan Stanley, he has also led initiatives for education in India. Gaurav is a Young Global Leader (2018) by the World Economic Forum and has won the BMW Foundation Young Leaders Award. He holds a BA in International Business Studies from the European Business School and an MBA from London Business School.

Mr. Lucio Baron supports Dharmalife on strategy. He is a McKinsey consultant specializing in sales force size and structure strategy. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School.

AMr. Nicolas B. Leschke works as a strategy coach for young Entrepreneurs. For the past 7 years, Mr. Leschke has focused his efforts on entrepreneurship. He worked as Business Development Director for Entrepreneurs’ Organization in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. During that period he established the Accelerator Program in Germany, a catalyst for young.

Mr. Siddharth Mathur supports Dharmalife on Product Strategy. He is currently working with Mattel as Senior Vice President. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Admin- istration (MBA) from the London Business School.

Mr. Agarwal is currently leading the Business Development of Sterlite Technologies. In his current role, he evaluates new business avenues, which have synergies with current manufacturing operations. Prior to Sterlite Technologies, Mr. Agarwal worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking division of Deutsche Bank (London). He played a significant role

Mr. Rahul Kapoor supports Dharmalife on Product Strategy. He is currently working with Cordis for EMEA. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School and an Engineering Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.

Mr. Vivek Makhija supports the Sales Division at Dharmalife. He has a rich experience of the working in the consumer goods sector; having worked with Cadbury. He is currently working with the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Makhija holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School.

Mr. John Reade supports Dharmalife’s energy product portfolio and supply chain development. He has worked as a strategy consultant for Samsung Corporation with a focus on consumer products. He has developed the Whirlpool Corporation’s strategy around Smart Grid, which was awarded the US Department of Energy Smart Grid grant of$40m. At General Electric, he developed high efficiency lighting solutions.

Ms. Davis advises Dharmalife on marketing-related issues. In addition she mentors female entrepreneurs through the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and future social enterprise leaders through the On Purpose Program in UK.

Ms. Renu is a senior legal counsellor actively involved in auditing and advising corporates, NGOs and MSMEs. She also holds a passion for development projects specially for providing education for the underprivileged children and has been supporting the cause through credible NGOS and Trusts in India. For over 15 years she has also been participating in international forums, such as the World Economic Forum, Davos, Switzerland & India Economic Summits in New Delhi.
