Step 3:The DLEs become social change-makers by addressing the issues of awareness, accessibility and affordability for social impact products.
Step 4:Conduct Extensive behaviour change and awareness campaigns that change mind-sets and promote better practices among rural consumers.
Step 5:Provide affordable and inclusive finance to help households in procuring critical products and services.
Step 6: With the help of innovation and technology, the vast DLE network of entrepreneurs will monitor impact and generate insights, thus being able to create beneficiary focused interventions.
